How to bend the stainless steel edge trims to a 90° angle?
When we are installing the stainless steel edge trim, we need to bend the edge trim into a 90-degree right angle through a cutting and grinding machine when we encounter the corner position, so how should we operate it? We provide 4 methods for you, you can directly watch the video to understand the specific cutting and bending methods.
1. Draw 45 degrees on the stainless steel edge, draw the line mark, use a cutting machine to cut the scribed position of the punching position, be careful not to cut the entire edge of the edge, and then bend it by hand to 90 degrees horn.
2. Draw a 45-degree angle mark on the bending part of the stainless steel edge strip, including the punching part, use a cutting and grinding machine to cut directly against the scribed part, and bend it by hand to 90-degree diagonally.
3. Directly draw a straight line on the edge trimming strip, and cut it against the straight line. Be careful not to cut it all off. Please watch the video for the details of the cutting, and then bend the reverse side to 90 degrees. This method is suitable for trimming the inner corner.
4. Draw a 45-degree mark on the bending part of the stainless steel edge trim, excluding the punching part, use a cutting and grinding machine to cut directly against the scribed part, and bend it diagonally by 90 degrees in the opposite direction by hand.
